yeah, I forced myself to do it again this morning. Walked 5 laps again. Slightly faster, but that is of no concern, the time. When I get to doing 5 laps in under 22 minutes, then I will add a lap. That is goal one. adding a lap to do in the same amount of time as day one. and I’ll post at each 5 pound loss interval. That way there are plenty of mini goals. I’ll be looking at getting some sort of exercycle in the near future. and those weights upstairs are getting used tomorrow, cuz if it is raining in the AM, I think I will not walk. No need to catch cold. It was a bit breezy, but very clear and sunny. chilly too. nice May day.
Now to get some damned work done.
