can we start this again?

Went for a walk this morning, after I took Jed to work. Walked the track in the park, 5 laps. no idea how long one lap is. It took 28 minutes. My goal was 5 laps. I want to lose 25 pounds by my birthday. I can do this. No problem. I’l try to walk again tomorrow if my heel is not too too bad. Feels OK now. We’ll see. I am getting no relief but for a few minutes after the chiro/naturepath does his thing, and htat was yesterday morning. I know it is the weight, so this has got to go even if it hurts. Can’t lose weight without some sort of workout, soooooooooo got to do it.
