The drive to my post office is 3.2 miles. I have noticed more and more for rent signs, so today I counted. 10 for rent, 4 commercial properties for sale, 7 residential properties for sale, 6 are multi-familiy. The streets are about 50/50 residential/commercial. and on the residential side is about 50/50 single family/multi-family houses. There is a cemetary, two large warehouses, both being used, a large driving range and empty wooded areas. That is alot of rentals and for sale for such a short distance. Now I am good with work and income (I hope) until July (I hope I hope) but what is going to happen the rest of the year? It is getting scary. Am I to live in Colorado sooner?
